1. Feed and Pretreatment Section

Feed pump: Responsible for delivering wastewater into the system, mostly using frequency conversion to control the flow rate.

Filter/Security filter: Removes suspended solids and impurities to prevent blockage of heat exchange tubes.

Preheater: Uses condensed water or secondary waste heat to preheat the feed, improving system energy efficiency.

Buffer tank/Feed tank: Stabilizes the feed quantity and buffers fluctuations in water quality and quantity.

2. Core Evaporation Main Equipment

Evaporator body: Includes a heating chamber and an evaporation chamber, which is the core where materials are heated and vaporized. Structures such as falling film, forced circulation, wiped film, and kettle type can be selected according to the process.

Circulation pump (special for forced circulation type): Enables high-speed flow of high-salt, high-viscosity, and easily crystallizable materials to prevent scaling and pipe blockage.

Scraper motor and rotor (special for wiped film type): Thin the liquid film, enhance heat transfer, and are suitable for high-viscosity materials.

3. Vapor-Liquid Separation and Demisting System

Vapor-liquid separator: Separates secondary steam from concentrated liquid to prevent material loss.

Demister/Fog eliminator: Traps mist droplets to ensure the quality of condensed water and avoid material loss.

Concentrated liquid discharge pump: Discharges the waste liquid that has reached the required concentration out of the system.

4. Vacuum and Condensation System (Key for Low Temperature)

Condenser: Cools the unused secondary steam, turning it into condensed water.

Vacuum pump set: Commonly uses a water ring pump + roots vacuum pump to maintain high vacuum in the system, reduce the boiling point, and achieve low-temperature evaporation.

Condensed water tank: Collects condensed water, which can be recycled or discharged.

Steam-water separator: Protects the vacuum pump to prevent water from entering and damaging the equipment.

5. Heat Source Supply System

Steam control valve/Hot water control valve: Controls the flow rate of the heating medium to stabilize the evaporation temperature.

Steam compressor (special for MVR heat pump system): Compresses secondary steam to increase its temperature for reuse, replacing most of the fresh steam.

Steam ejector (special for TVR): Uses high-pressure steam to eject secondary steam to achieve heat recovery.

6. Automatic Control and Auxiliary System

PLC control cabinet: The brain of the entire system, enabling fully automatic operation.

Instrument sensors: Temperature, pressure, liquid level, flow rate, and vacuum degree transmitters.

Cleaning system: CIP cleaning interface and cleaning pump for online descaling.

Insulation layer: Reduces heat dissipation and ensures stable low-temperature working conditions.
