The COP of heat pump models is generally 3-6, and the compressor consumes 1 unit of electricity, which can output 3-6 units of heat for evaporation. The actual heating heat is much greater than the installed power.
Key Points for Winter Selection (Continuing from the Previous Question)
In winter, the ambient temperature is low, and the temperature of incoming wastewater is also low. When selecting, it is recommended to leave a margin of 15-20% for heating power to avoid a significant decrease in evaporation during winter.
For the same evaporation rate, in outdoor working conditions in the north, a higher power level should be selected;
The equipment is equipped with additional pipeline/tank heat tracing, with a heat tracing power of generally 2-6kW, which belongs to additional power and does not include the main evaporative heating power.
Easy to confuse two concepts
Total installed power: equipment nameplate parameters, power distribution should be based on this;
Actual operating average power: The heat pump will intermittently start and stop, usually 60-80% of the installed capacity; Industry wastewater power consumption per ton: 130-160 kWh/ton of water, which can be used to reverse check whether the power is reasonable.
