✅ Precautions for startup
Pre startup inspection: Check the pipeline sealing, vacuum pump oil level, and whether the instruments are normal; The original liquid must be filtered in advance, and large impurities must be removed to prevent clogging of the heat exchanger and nozzle; Confirm valve status, no leakage.
The startup sequence cannot be reversed: start the condensation cooling system first, and then start the vacuum pump to establish a vacuum (usually -0.08~-0.095MPa); After the vacuum is stabilized, feed the material and control the liquid level at 1/2~2/3 of the sight glass; Finally, start the heat pump heating system.
Initial low load operation: Use 60% of the rated flow rate for feeding, and gradually increase the flow rate after the vacuum and temperature stabilize; It is strictly prohibited to burn without materials to prevent equipment damage caused by dry wall scaling.
Real time monitoring: pay close attention to the vacuum degree and the temperature in the tank at the start-up stage, and observe whether there is a large amount of foam overflow; Foam will seriously pollute the condensation system, and defoamer shall be added if necessary.
Personnel protection: Operators should wear corrosion-resistant gloves and goggles, and non trained personnel are prohibited from operating.
✅ Shutdown precautions
The shutdown sequence must not be disorderly: put in the material first → turn off the heat pump heating. Do not directly cut off the power and stop the vacuum pump to avoid high-temperature steam backflow and damage to the vacuum pump.
It is necessary to cool down before breaking the vacuum: wait for the temperature inside the tank to drop below 40 ℃, then open the ventilation valve to break the vacuum, and then discharge the concentrated residual liquid to prevent the risk of high-temperature waste liquid splashing.
Emptying residual liquid and cleaning: Concentrate residual liquid completely and collect and dispose of it according to hazardous waste standards; After shutdown, rinse the tank and pipelines with pure water circulation to avoid salt scale and organic matter from adhering and scaling.
Closing operation: Drain the water from the condensate tank, turn off the circulation pump and vacuum pump in sequence, and finally cut off the main power supply; Clean up the site and keep operational records.
Prohibit frequent start stop: Frequent start stop will accelerate compressor loss, and single operation should be at least 2 hours as much as possible; In case of sudden emergency shutdown, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive leak test before resuming operation.
⚠️ Emergency shutdown scenario
In case of leakage, abnormal noise, abnormal surge of pressure/temperature, and a large amount of foam overflowing the tank, immediately close the heating and feeding valves, and deal with them according to the shutdown process. If necessary, power off and tag out for maintenance.
