Scope of application of low-temperature evaporator
Low temperature evaporators rely on low-temperature negative pressure evaporation (usually 35-85 ℃), which lowers the boiling point at atmospheric pressure and gently evaporates and concentrates wastewater. They are suitable for reducing the amount of industrial wastewater with high salt, high COD, and susceptibility to thermal deterioration. The main application scenarios are:
1、 Industrial production wastewater
Surface treatment industry: electroplating rinse wastewater, anodizing wastewater, passivation wastewater, acid washing wastewater, high salt content, and difficult conventional treatment.
Mechanical processing industry: cutting fluid wastewater, emulsion wastewater, cleaning and degreasing wastewater.
Chemical industry: chemical mother liquor, salt solution, organic waste liquid, waste liquid that is sensitive to high temperature and easily decomposed.
Lithium batteries/new energy: battery production cleaning wastewater, high salt process waste liquid.
Pharmaceutical industry: pharmaceutical concentrated mother liquor, thermosensitive materials, high temperature can easily damage the components.

Containing a large amount of waste liquid that is prone to coking, strongly corrosive, and lacks supporting anti-corrosion materials;
