I. Energy Consumption of Low-Temperature Evaporation Equipment (Electricity / Steam)

1) Electricity Consumption (Mainstream Heat Pump Type Low-Temperature Evaporation, used in 90% of projects)

Small-scale equipment: ≤5 tons/day

Electricity consumption per ton of water: 150~180 kWh/ton of water

Medium-scale equipment: 5~20 tons/day

Electricity consumption per ton of water: 120~150 kWh/ton of water

Large-scale equipment: >20 tons/day

Electricity consumption per ton of water: 90~120 kWh/ton of water

Default under normal working conditions: 120~150 kWh/ton of water

(The most stable for writing bidding documents)

2) Steam Consumption (Traditional High-Temperature Evaporation, for comparison only)

For boiler steam heating (not the current mainstream low-temperature heat pump):

Steam consumption per ton of water: 0.3~0.45 tons of steam/
