Water Inlet Quality Requirements for Low-Temperature Evaporation Equipment (Standard Version)

1. Salt Content (TDS)

Recommendation: ≤ 30000 mg/L

Optimal operating range: 5000 ~ 20000 mg/L

Exceeding 30000 mg/L is prone to crystallization, scaling, boiling point elevation, and efficiency reduction.

2. COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand)

Recommendation: ≤ 8000 mg/L

Optimal: ≤ 5000 mg/L

Excessively high COD is prone to foaming, wall sticking, affecting heat exchange, and polluting condensed water.

3. Oil Content

Must be ≤ 5 mg/L

Preferable to control at ≤ 2 mg/L

Oil will form an oil film, leading to a significant drop in thermal efficiency and severe foaming.

4. Suspended Solids (SS)

≤ 50 mg/L

It is recommended that after pretreatment, it is ≤ 30 mg/L
