I. Environmental Compliance (Core)

1. National Environmental Protection Standards That Must Be Met

Effluent compliance: Condensate water meets the "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" (GB 8978), local discharge standards, and industry standards (such as electroplating, chemical industry, and photovoltaics), and can be directly reused or discharged.

Waste gas emission: Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) comply with the "Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants" (GB 16297). Equipment is usually equipped with closed systems + condensation + activated carbon adsorption, achieving a 100% compliance rate.

Noise control: Factory boundary noise complies with the "Emission Standard of Environmental Noise for Industrial Enterprises at Boundary" (GB 12348), and equipment noise ≤ 75 dB (A).

Solid waste compliance: Concentrated liquid / crystalline salt is classified and disposed of as hazardous waste / general solid waste, in line with the "Standards for Pollution Control on the Storage of Hazardous Wastes" (GB 18597).

2. Essential Environmental Certifications (Required for Tendering / Acceptance)

CCEP Certification (China Environmental Protection Product Certification): Equipment qualification recognized by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, proving that performance and emissions meet standards.

ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification: Ensures compliance of enterprise environmental management.

Energy-saving certification: Complies with energy efficiency standards such as GB 30253, and some equipment has obtained first-class energy efficiency certification.

3. Advantages of Environmental Compliance

Zero / near-zero emissions: Water recovery rate of 90%–95%, significantly reducing external discharge; concentrated liquid is reduced by more than 90%, lowering disposal costs.

No secondary pollution: Physical separation without the addition of chemical agents, and condensed water is clean and reusable.

II. Safety Compliance (Mandatory)

1. National / Industry Safety Standards That Must Be Met

Pressure vessel safety: Pressure-bearing components comply with GB 150, GB 151, TSG 21, and must hold a special equipment manufacturing license.

Electrical safety: Complies with GB/T 5226.1, with protection class IP54/IP55. Equipment in explosion-proof areas meets the GB/T 3836 explosion-proof standard.

General specifications for equipment safety: Complies with GB/T
