I. 10 Core Parameters You Must Check When Purchasing Low-Temperature Evaporation Equipment
1. Daily evaporation capacity (processing capacity) t/d
Determines whether it can meet your water volume requirements.
Key points to check: Rated evaporation capacity, actual stable evaporation capacity (many manufacturers falsely mark this).
2. Power consumption per ton of water kWh/ton of water
Directly determines the operating cost.
Heat pump type normally: 90 - 150 kWh/ton
MVR type: 20 - 45 kWh/ton
False marking of power consumption = doubled cost in the later stage.
3. Distilled water recovery rate %
Normal: 90% - 95%
A rate lower than 90% indicates poor design, easy foaming, and unreasonable concentrated discharge.
4. Evaporation temperature / vacuum degree
Temperature: 40 - 60℃
Vacuum degree: Absolute pressure 0.08 - 0.095 MPa
Excessively high temperature = high corrosion and high energy consumption; unstable temperature = poor efficiency.
5. Equipment material
Ordinary wastewater: 304 stainless steel
Electroplating / high-salt / acidic: 316L
Strongly corrosive: Titanium / Teflon
Cutting corners on materials = corrosion and water leakage within 1 - 2 years.
6. Heat exchange form (determines whether it is easy to block and its efficiency)
Washing water /
