Leachate from landfill sites has long posed a formidable challenge in environmental treatment due to its high concentrations of COD and TDS, coupled with complex composition. Recently, a large-scale low-temperature evaporation treatment project constructed by Jiangsu Boshijie Resource Recycling Technology Co., Ltd. commenced operations. With a daily processing capacity of 1,400 tons, it delivers an efficient solution for leachate disposal, garnering significant industry attention.

The project utilizes Jiangsu Boshijie's independently developed BSD-HP series low-temperature evaporation equipment. Leveraging heat pump vacuum evaporation technology, it precisely controls evaporation temperatures around 37°C, significantly reducing energy consumption while avoiding secondary pollution caused by high-temperature processing. Addressing the high salt and pollutant content of leachate, the equipment employs a combined process of enhanced pretreatment and low-temperature evaporation. This achieves over 99% COD removal in condensate, with effluent parameters fully complying with the “Pollution Control Standard for Municipal Solid Waste Landfills.” Concentrated liquid volume is reduced by over 90%, enabling safe disposal after subsequent solidification treatment.

As a specialized provider of waste liquid treatment equipment, Jiangsu Boshijie leveraged extensive project experience to equip this facility with a fully automated control system. Supporting remote monitoring via computer and mobile devices, it enables unattended operation, significantly reducing labor costs. Since commissioning, the project has effectively resolved regional leachate accumulation issues, annually reducing hazardous waste disposal by over 5,000 tons and supporting local implementation of ecological and environmental protection policies.
