For high salt, high COD, and high concentration organic wastewater, the volume reduction rate of wastewater from low-temperature evaporators can reach 80% -95%.
For example, electroplating rinse wastewater and high salt chemical wastewater, after evaporation treatment, most of the water will condense into clean water for recycling, leaving only 5% -20% concentrated solution, greatly reducing the amount and cost of subsequent hazardous waste outsourcing treatment; Part of the easily crystallized wastewater (such as wastewater containing sodium chloride and sodium sulfate) can even achieve a reduction rate of over 98%, realizing the crystallization recovery of salt.
Strong adaptability to processing speed per unit time
The equipment processing capacity covers a wide range, from a few cubic meters per day for small laboratories to hundreds of cubic meters per day for industrial grade large-scale equipment, which can match the wastewater discharge needs of different enterprises.
Taking the 10m ³/d specification equipment commonly used in small and medium-sized factories as an example, under vacuum negative pressure and around 50 ℃ conditions, it can stably achieve a wastewater treatment capacity of 0.4-0.5m ³ per hour, and operate automatically throughout the process without the need for manual supervision, which is equivalent to processing the daily wastewater discharge of small and medium-sized factories in one day.
Outstanding resource recycling efficiency
Water resource recycling: The quality of condensed water is stable, and the concentration of pollutants is much lower than the discharge standard. The direct reuse rate can reach 60% -80%. After deep treatment with RO reverse osmosis, the reuse rate can even reach over 90%. It can be directly used in production processes such as workshop cleaning, equipment cooling and water replenishment.
Valuable material recycling: For wastewater containing heavy metals such as nickel, copper, and lithium, the recovery rate of valuable metals can reach over 90% after further crystallization or extraction treatment of the concentrated solution, achieving resource utilization and creating additional revenue for enterprises.
It should be noted that if the wastewater contains a large amount of easily foaming and high viscosity substances (such as certain pharmaceutical and food wastewater), defoamers should be added in the pretreatment stage for viscosity reduction treatment, otherwise it will affect the evaporation efficiency; In addition, regular cleaning of equipment heat exchange tubes and replacement of vulnerable parts can also ensure the long-term maintenance of efficient operation of the equipment.
